Corrigendum To The Company's Unaudited Results For The Second Quarter And First Six Months Ended 30 June 2008

Courage Marine Group Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 12 August 2008 on its unaudited results for the second quarter and first six months ended 30 June 2008 (the "Results Announcement"). Due to a typographical error on page 6 of the Results Announcement, the Company wishes to replace page 6 of the Results Announcement with the amended page 6 attached hereto. By Order of the Board
