Acquisition of deemed interest in 142,081,611 shares of Courage Marine Group Limited ("Company") representing 13.419% of the issued shares of the Company directly held by Sea-Sea Marine Company Limited ("SSMC") and 6,737,000 shares of the Company representing 0.636% of the issued shares of the Company held by Pilot Assets Group Limited ("PAGL") which SSMC is deemed interested in. The acquisition of the deemed interest in the Company by Besco Holdings Ltd (BVI) ("Besco") arises from an acquisition by Besco of 100% of the shares of SSMC from Mr Hsu Chih-Chien. Besco is wholly owned by HSBC International Trustee Limited ("HKIT") as trustee of a discretionary trust. HKIT is thus deemed to have an indirect interest in the shares of the Company. |
