As a result of a transfer by HBBL of all its shares in HITL to HSBC Private Banking Holdings (Suisse) SA, HSBC Asia Holdings (UK) Ltd ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the Company. HITL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HBBL, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC Asia Holdings B.V., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC Asia Holdings (UK) Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC Holdings BV, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC Finance (Netherlands), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC Holdings plc. |
