The Directors of Courage Marine Group Limited (the "Company") refer to the announcement of unaudited results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2006 dated 9 May 2006 (the "Announcement").
In relation to the statement showing changes in equity (for the Company and the Group) in paragraph 1(d)(i) of the Announcement, the Directors wish to report as attached.
