(2) Pursuant to a restructuring, Pilot Assets Group Limited ("PAGL") transferred 94,676,874 Shares, representing 8.94% of the issued Shares, to Unit Century Enterprises Limited ("UCEL") by way of an off market transfer and at nil consideration.
(3) Following such transfer, UCEL therefore has direct interest of 94,676,874 Shares representing 8.94% of the issued Shares.
