| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed on 7 May 2009 to determine the shareholders' entitlements to the proposed dividends. Duly completed registrable transfers of shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 3 Church Street, #08-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483, up to 5.00 pm on 6 May 2009 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the proposed dividends. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 pm on 6 May 2009 will be entitled to the dividends. The proposed final dividend of US cents 0.755 per share (tax not applicable), if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2009, will be paid on 18 May 2009. |
